Marissa Kovaly took care of our 2019 LEXUS. NX300h like it was her own! This was a Certified Lexus & that means exactly what they say it does. Believe it! We had to have a brake actuator replac NX300h like it was her own! This was a Certified Lexus & that means exactly what they say it does. Believe it! We had to have a brake actuator replaced & we had to wait on the part so we had a loaner car for a week. We will always drive Lexus because of the engineering but also because of the service. LEXUS stands behind their vehicles. Don’t buy used unless it is certified! More
