making an appointment was very simple and easy but when i arrived to the dealership I had to sit there and wait for an hour before being seen then sat in the lounge for over 2hrs before the technician gave m arrived to the dealership I had to sit there and wait for an hour before being seen then sat in the lounge for over 2hrs before the technician gave me a quote for 2000 dollars just to tell me whats wrong with my car.
