Recently purchased my 2nd Lexus, and from start to finish the entire experience was fantastic. From the beginning I had the pleasure of meeting Sales Manager Jaylen Rudisell, he made sure that he gave me t the entire experience was fantastic. From the beginning I had the pleasure of meeting Sales Manager Jaylen Rudisell, he made sure that he gave me the complete rundown of the car, afforded me to test drive the car, and even explained how Lexus does not compare to other vehicles. I previously owned a Range Rover Sport and from day one that car had been nothing but problems until I had to get rid of it last year. With my previous Lexus RX 350 2007", I still have it to this day and it has always been reliable. I have driven that car from New York to North Carolina, and on that trip, I did not have any problems. My interaction with the Finance Manager Paul Tsiolkas, I call him my "Fairy Godparent" he helped me with my finance process from start to finish making sure I knew about every step when it comes to financing. Mr. Tsiolkas was thorough and patient with me and I appreciated that because when a person is making a big purchase in life, you never want to feel rushed or pressured when making that purchase. And last but least Technology Specialist Ralph Yerkes made my day. He took the time and I mean well over one hour and a half to walk me through all the specifications of the car. He had a pleasant sense of humor when going over the features. Thankfully, he knew everything about the car, because it saved me from having to watch a long YouTube video. Overall, my entire experience with Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte was a blessing, it was a quick process from the first day I walked into the dealership and saw my car in the showroom, at that very moment I knew that car was put there for me. Again, I truly want to thank the entire staff at Lexus, but the biggest stars and recognition goes to Jaylen Rudisell, Paul Tsiolkas, and Ralph Yerkes. If anyone is in the market of purchasing a Lexus do not second guess yourself go with Lexus and make sure you get the top quality experience I got, with those wonderful amazing gentlemen.
