I stopped in with no appointment due to tire pressure light. Sam McMackin was my Service Avisor and he was excellent! He assured me they could check the tires while I waited. We have dealt with Hendrick Lexus since 2014 when we bought our first RX350. We bought our second new one in 2017 and after putting 111,000 miles on it we just upgraded again to a new 2025 RX350. Let me just say that she is amazing! She went above and beyond to help us put a deal together. She is a very warm and caring and works hard to get you what you want. We appreciate her values and work ethic. She introduced us to Nate, from technology and Sol from the finance office who were both a pleasure to work with.
