Chase Ward is an extremely courteous and thoughtful professional. He seems to always go out of his way to make service as pleasant an experience as possible. Even my last visit, my “check engine” light came on and I made it to the dealership. They fit me in; there were no loaners so he arranged for someone to take me to work and pick me up that evening without even having to go back to the dealership. Chase Ward was such a help getting my car in and out of service as quickly as possible. I feel I was treated fairly and honestly throughout the process. The followup after delivery was as good as the sales expereince. I would not buy a car anywhere else.All the support folks were very nice as well. Appreciated Kimmy's time in taking me to school on how to use all the new technology in my new car. Kimmy was very pateint and made sure I could operate the car safely and enjoy all the new tech features that my circa 2006 Toyota did not have. More
