Brought car in because it’s loud and seat warmer buttons are sticking. Told at first that something must of spilled there but he would have them pop the buttons off and check. Loudness turned out to be some are sticking. Told at first that something must of spilled there but he would have them pop the buttons off and check. Loudness turned out to be something made a hole in muffler. I get it we are paying over 1000.00 dollars for it. Buttons are 2 inches from cup holders these things can happen. Design flaw, carelessness, maybe both. But when you pop the buttons off to check and then want to charge me 296.48 to clean out that area is just abuse of your customers. IT’s especially bad when retired and on a fixed income. Over the years we have bought 4 Lexus cars and my son has bought 2 but am disappointed about this very disappointed. You’re asking me to fill this out and my car is still there. I assume work will be fine on muffler not getting seat heaters done it’s too expensive, especially for someone on a fixed income. More

I went in because my tire pressure was low. Omar discovered a nail in one of the tires and was able to get me in last minute on a Saturday AND get me a loaner car to get to my next appointment Omar discovered a nail in one of the tires and was able to get me in last minute on a Saturday AND get me a loaner car to get to my next appointment while they worked on my car.
