Hendrick Lexus Northlake

Friday morning I discovered a nail in my vehicle tire. I was able to get an appointment for the same afternoon at Northlake Lexus where I purchased my vehicle. I had an appointment with Lorenzo but upon m I was able to get an appointment for the same afternoon at Northlake Lexus where I purchased my vehicle. I had an appointment with Lorenzo but upon my arrival Lorenzo was busy with other customers. Eddie has worked closely with my family in the past and recently went above and beyond to help us find a loaner since the family car had to be kept waiting on parts. Eddie walked by and spoke to us and asked how we were doing. Eddie offered his assistance when he found that Lorenzo was busy. Eddie is efficient and always eager to help. My vehicle tire was repaired and vehicle serviced as requested. Eddie is always busy but makes time for each of his clients making sure their needs are met along with making time for pleasant conversation. More
