From the moment I entered Hendrick, I was treated with respect and kindness. Reception staff was attentive and offered me drinks and snacks. (That always gets an Italian girls attention)). Anyone I passed whether they were involved in my sale or not made eye contact, said hello and asked if I needed anything; from staff to upper management. Nayries (who came in on her day off!), was my rep. She was attentive, communicative, efficient and VERY patient; as I can be a bit direct at times. I truly thank her for her demeanor and friendly manner. I’d also like to mention Robbie, (attentive, friendly and honest), Jeff (who is a relentless advocate in his role and very helpful), and then there’s Samuel, who stayed late to introduce me to the Techy side of my new car, I may have to go back and review some features as there are many. Eddie went above and beyond to help me with my car’s issue. He even called corporate to get it resolved and saved us several thousand dollars.
