I have been a Hendrick Lexus customer for more years than I can remember and a Northlake customer since they opened. I purchased my last car from Hendrick and recently leased an NX300. He made what is usually an arduous and stressful process actually enjoyable! He was patient, thorough, informed and pleasant to work with. Julian Dulin in the technology dept. was great at explaining all the hi-tech equipment in the car and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Eric Edwards in the service dept. has always been knowledgeable and trustworthy. Sales Manager Ed McCreery also went the extra mile to accommodate a loyal, return customer.
