A case of Premium Pricing with out the Premium Service I rarely write reviews but I felt bad service needs to be called out. I called the service department to schedule only an update to my navigation syst I rarely write reviews but I felt bad service needs to be called out. Long story short, after an afternoon of sitting and waiting for my car to be serviced, I am told that they didn't have the part after all and my car was just sitting there all afternoon. Someone dropped the ball here. I so wanted to have a pleasant experience. More

I was a last minute work in and they had me in and out very quickly. My service representative was great. The one down side is that they had to check the tint on the windows that the company put on chargi very quickly. My service representative was great.
