Turning a bad experience into a good result I originally took my RX350 in on 7/2/19 for a 15,000 mile service. I also asked them to perform my NC inspection. It did not happen but I was schedu I originally took my RX350 in on 7/2/19 for a 15,000 mile service. I also asked them to perform my NC inspection. It did not happen but I was scheduled to return on 7/23/19 for a warranty issue so it really did not matter. When I returned on 7/23/19 for the warranty repair I again asked for my vehicle to be NC inspected. I paid for an inspection but when I went to re-register the vehicle I found out that it was never inspected. I called down to Hendricks and got a run around. Finally I made contact with David Shepard who jumped into the problem and resolved it rather quickly. I was impressed with David and his quick action. He restored my faith in Hendricks.
