I was near the dealership so I stopped in to make a pit stop and get a bottle of water. I did not come in to make a purchase On my way out I ran into Dylan Goodman and he offered to help me if I needed an stop and get a bottle of water. I did not come in to make a purchase On my way out I ran into Dylan Goodman and he offered to help me if I needed anything so I ask him to get me an estimate for what my car was worth. He said it would take 15-20 minutes I said ok and ask him if I could test drive a hybrid vehicle to see what it drove like. We did that and I told him I wasn’t that impressed with it. He ask me if I wanted to test drive an all electric vehicle and I said I wasn’t interested. He said try it so I did. I was very impressed with pretty much everything, ride, exterior, interior.,comfort. Dylan was great to interact with, he never pressured me to make the purchase, answering all my questions. He told me what my car was worth and what the cost of the new vehicle would be. We went back and forth with he manager and settled on a deal that both me and the dealership was happy with. I’ve purchased 4 cars at this dealership 3 for me and 1 for a relative. All were very good experiences. I would recommend Dylan and Hendricks Lexus to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used car. I will say this last purchase was the best. More

I never feel like the recommendations that are made is to just get me to spend money. The dealership earned another level of my respect when a service item that was missed (a cracked wheel bearing) during my required service check but was found by another dealership. Lexus paid over $500 of my $900+ bill to repair the wheel bearing. They did not try to hide it or point the finger back at me. They owned that it was missed and took the responsibility of making it right. Again, I highly recommend Brock as your service advisor. He is honest, straight forward, and I trust him to take good care of my car when it is in the dealerships care. Thanks Brock! More
