Our service tech Rebecca Bigelow looked at our prior history and realized we needed someone to do a ride along so we can show them the problem once that happened. We were able to have a good diagnosis m history and realized we needed someone to do a ride along so we can show them the problem once that happened. We were able to have a good diagnosis made, and the proper resolution. Rebecca listened and did what was right for the customer to get their issue resolved. You went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend her for anybody that would take their car to have it serviced at Lexus dealer. More
