I had a great experience at this Hendrick Lexus Northlake dealership. Jaz Pack my salesperson did an excellent job of showing me through the car buying experience at Hendrick. Nate from the Service Department walked me through how to use the technology built into my Lexus and was very patient with me as I tried to soak it all in. Sal Rizzo in the Finance Department did a great job of explaining the paperwork and getting me out of his office in a timely fashion. I arrived at the dealership around 9 in the morning and was home by 11:30 AM, I was amazed how quickly the whole process took. I was by myself and did not have any way to get 2 vehicles home, Jaz said no problem and that they would deliver the SUV to my house so I did not have to inconvenience my wife to bring me back to pick it up. More

Service Dept provides video explanation of vehicle checkpoints while you’re in waiting room. Eddie then discusses actions and cost while offering payment plan for any big ticket items.
