I visited Hendrick Lexus Northlake on 4/18/25 prepared to purchase a car, but not confident that I would leave with one. Originally, I came to preview another model, but after meeting with Naphtali J. Willia purchase a car, but not confident that I would leave with one. Originally, I came to preview another model, but after meeting with Naphtali J. Williams, or “Nap”, I realized my new car had been waiting for me. From the very first moment, Nap made us feel very comfortable with the process. He was very attentive and patient, answering all my questions. Even when potential roadblocks tried to discourage me, Nap went the extra mile to remove them. After the purchase, Nap has contacted me by phone to answer additional questions. Due to my own busy schedule, I have returned twice for a follow up and Nap ensures that I am 100% satisfied with the service. Nap’s customer service has been top level, as well as the other staff that I have encountered during this process. Another nail in my tire which was in a terrible location so I had to replace it. I had to contact service at the last minute and they made a spot for me to get me back on the road in record time!!!
