Had a problem with the ride on my 2017 LS 460 recently. I called Chase Ward in the Service Department at Hendrick Lexus Northlake, and arranged to bring it in for servicing. As usual, Chase had a loaner re I called Chase Ward in the Service Department at Hendrick Lexus Northlake, and arranged to bring it in for servicing. As usual, Chase had a loaner ready for me upon arrival, so I was in and out smoothly. The problem was diagnosed, car repaired, and it's giving me that smooth Lexus ride again.
