I was kept informed of the stages and where and when it was in transit, until the wonderful day it arrived. Upon arrival, I asked for some small accommodations of how my car was to be received and Sal made sure my car was treated as asked. Sam, the technology specialist, who showed me how to use the car’s technology, was patient and knowledgeable. While I just bought it and haven’t needed service yet, I am expect to have the same quality experience when I am scheduled for maintenance. This was the quality experience I would expect from a Hendrick dealership. This is a third vehicle my family has purchased from a Hendrick dealer in Charlotte and it is always a pleasurable experience. More
