Dwayne Carter and Matt Connor are the BEST!! They truly are awesome to work with. They helped make the car buying process go smoothly and gave me a great price on my trade-in. I had shopped around before going to Hendrick Mazda--now I wish I had saved myself the time and just gone there first!!! They have a large selection of automobiles to choose from--both new and used. What a difference! My wife and I spent two days visiting the dealerships around the Mall of Georgia. We had one sales person outright lie to us, and another dealership My wife and I spent two days visiting the dealerships around the Mall of Georgia. We had one sales person outright lie to us, and another dealership take forever only to give us a quote for a vehicle we hadn't asked about. We had visited the Mazda Mall of Georgia dealership first and believed it wise to look around to get some perspective. Well, we found out that these guys are very different in their approach to selling cars. It was obvious that they were about customer service. Yes, they want to sell cars, but they have excellent products to offer and a mindset to find a win-win for everybody. We got a great car at a great price with absolutely nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend catching up with Gil and ask him to help you find your next vehicle! More

I'm left with the exact car I wanted for less than I expected AND with a warranty. I did have to go back and forth with the finance manager a little bit, because I don't appreciate when I feel i'm being expected AND with a warranty. For the most part, they're straight-forward, no pressure, and I appreciate a salesman that's honest and doesn't try to take advantage of me or the fact that I have bad credit. I got the car I wanted for a payment LESS than what I said i could afford. I cannot express how awesome that is and how much it speaks to their honesty as a dealership. I really feel like they cared about my specific situation and what I wanted versus what they could get me in or what they could make numbers work for. Thank you! More
