We had a fantastic experience at Ocean Mazda! From start to finish, the entire process was easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Our sales professional, Maged, was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the car-buying experience fun for me, my husband, and even our daughter, who joined us. He took the time to answer our questions, made us feel comfortable, and never made us feel pressured. Louis in the finance department was equally wonderful to work with. He was professional, thorough, and genuinely worked hard to get us the best deal possible. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Maged and Louis made the entire experience a pleasure. We couldn’t be happier with our new car and would absolutely recommend Ocean Mazda to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

All Mazda Dealers are NOT the same. One dealer I used because of location. Very nice people. But the solution they gave left the potential for another issue to happen. So when my car would not start I reached out to them via their service team text. After a few messages with them, nothing. Silence. So I had my car towed to RICK CASE, whom I have used most of the time I’ve had my 2017 MAZDA MX5! Without an appointment they worked me in and had me on my way within an hour or so. That was not all. They also provided me with MORE than was necessary and at no cost to me. THAT is how you build Brand Loyalty AND Dealer Loyalty. Rick Case Service is absolutely the best in the Atlanta area. Not just because I say it but because they actually treat you like a “customer for life”. And they never talked about the other dealer. Only about being MAZDA. Bam!

I bought a new Mazda from this dealership last year and was promised 5 free oil changes. When I went to use them, I discovered that only 3 had been applied to my account. Since then, I’ve tried calling, leaving messages, emailing the finance manager, and even going in person, but after being told it would be rectified, I never heard back. It’s been three months of follow-ups with no resolution and no response. What makes this especially frustrating is that I didn’t have to drive 45 minutes to this dealership for my oil changes, but I did every single time because they asked me to since it supposedly helped with their retention metrics. I did my part to help them, and in return, I’ve been ignored and left without the service I was promised. I don’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other Mazda dealerships offering the same cars and better service.
