Told her what equipment and accessories I wanted and she always kept me advised on the allotment of cars coming to Hendricks and when the Kurtzman. Ashley was always pleasant and very easy to work with. The only item I didn’t agree with was the dealer doc. fee but it is company policy not Ashley. Finance department was very smooth although they wanted to upsell warranty but wasn’t pushy. This was my first purchase in fifteen years and the whole process went very well.
