I purchased my 2011 Tundra when this dealership first opened their doors, and the experience was pleasant, quick, and easy. I tried to trade my truck in 2019, and was so offended by their trade-in offer opened their doors, and the experience was pleasant, quick, and easy. I tried to trade my truck in 2019, and was so offended by their trade-in offer and with the price they expected for their truck, I walked out the door, and had no intention of going back to them for my next new vehicle. I recently noticed they finally had decent inventory of Tundra's, so I decided to give them another chance. I worked directly with Ashley Kurtzman, and the experience was great. The negotiation was very similar to what I had experienced back in 2011. Including the test drive, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Bought a new Prius with the assistance of Ashley Kurtzman. Told her what equipment and accessories I wanted and she always kept me advised on the allotment of cars coming to Hendricks and when the Kurtzman.
