Left a review in September about how I had told them I did not want an extended warranty and they snuck it in the paperwork any. Brian Needham was my advisor and was great from the first phone call to delivering the vehicle with new keys. I decided to have two new keys programmed and also have the routine maintenance done as well. I would like to say that the service communication was excellent as I was able to text questions while I was at work. We were able to get a complimentary rental vehicle with this service as well as we had to wait for the key fobs to arrive. Great job Hendrick Toyota! See you again in 5,000 miles! More
