No longer a repeat customer due to unresolved issue I am sharing this to make others aware of an ongoing issue that I have been experiencing following the recent purchase of my 2020 Corolla Hatchback in I am sharing this to make others aware of an ongoing issue that I have been experiencing following the recent purchase of my 2020 Corolla Hatchback in June. The initial sale seemed to go well and our sales associate was great. At that time the business manager Angelo Terry offered the option to delay the first car payment for 90 days. My husband and I appreciated this offer. When that offer was not processed in time and my husband called to follow-up, Angelo offered to send a gift card in the amount of one car payment ($386.13), which never arrived. Angelo later called to request that we come in to sign a form that was not completed at the time of the original sale, due to no fault of our own. We were not happy that we were being asked to go out of our way for Angelo’s mistake, so someone was sent to bring the form to us. During this phone conversation my husband mentioned that the gift card Angelo promised had not arrived. He promised to follow-up and make sure it was mailed. The form was signed when someone brought it to our home shortly after this conversation, but the gift card that was promised again never arrived. I then followed up and spoke to Angelo’s director Ryan Aquino. He explained that he wanted to check further into this and work to resolve my issue. Ryan arranged to call me back later in the day. I never received a return call from Ryan, so I left a voicemail to follow-up a couple of days later. I did not receive a return call, so I followed up again and left another voicemail at the beginning of the next week. After receiving no response, I followed up a few days later and requested to speak to the general manager, since Ryan was not being responsive. I was connected directly to Ryan at that time. He informed me that he listened to a recording of a previous call my husband had with Angelo (which we were never informed of at the time of the initial call) and confirmed that a gift card was mentioned, but no specific amount was specified. I assume this was the second call my husband had with Angelo and conveniently the first one was disregarded or not recorded. Ryan offered to send a $50 gas card, but I let him know that I would need to discuss what was said with my husband, because that did not come close to matching up with what was originally offered. My husband left a voicemail for Ryan later that day requesting a call back, but never received a return call. A couple of days later, he left another voicemail for Ryan to follow-up. We have not heard back from him. We were blatantly lied to and have no other way of resolving this issue after patiently and in good faith trying to resolve this matter in the appropriate fashion, so I am providing this review. This is the third car we have purchased from the Hendrick organization and will no longer be a repeat customer after this experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns. More
We worked with Tom McClay to do a trade in and buy a new Tacoma Pickup. He was very easy to work with and made the entire process easy. The whole process took less than 3 hours. This has nothing to do with our salesman but rather the shady finance department. I purchased a used vehicle and the salesman showed me the invoice which had a two thousand dollar power train warranty and shady finance department. I purchased a used vehicle and the salesman showed me the invoice which had a two thousand dollar power train warranty and $299 oil change contract and I told him to take them both off the invoice which he did. I then went to meet with the Finance Manager Kyle in his office, and here’s where the problem starts. I digitally signed my documents with their tablet with my wife as a witness and there were was no warranty or oil change charge on my invoice. But guess what, few weeks later I received a bank statement regarding my loan and it shows an amount over $2k higher than what I originally discussed with the salesman which means they added the warranty and oil change to my bill of sale after I signed. I called the finance manager to speak about this issue, and he claims that he told me “I could get a better rate if I add the warranty/oil change”. I guess I have idiot written on my forehead. I have a 720 credit score, I don’t need your assistance. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and telling coworkers, friends and family to NEVER shop at any Hendrick dealer. More

Recently brought in my 2009 Tacoma for new tires. Left my vehicle and on my back home I received a call that front passenger side wheel bearing had play in it and was advised to replace that one bearing. I a vehicle and on my back home I received a call that front passenger side wheel bearing had play in it and was advised to replace that one bearing. I agreed. When I picked up vehicle, that one bearing assembly was billed at over $500 and labor was billed at over $400 for that one bearing. I could see that for both front but one! It's a 2 hour job, max! When I questioned service advisor "slick Rick" he smirked and said they're expensive. My tire replacement coupon from Hendricks says buy three and get fourth tire for $1. There bill for tire replacement said fourth tire was free. Now Michelin tires won't honor there $70 rebate because the say I only purchased 3 not four. Won't be back. More

He was very knowledgeable about Toyota's products and the competition. He never said one bad thing about the competitions's car. He told me that they were all good dependable cars and he just wanted a chance to win my business. I came back on Friday. I did not realize it was his day off and test drove the care with another sales person. Before the end of the test drive, he was at the dealership and took over from the other gentleman. I had other cars to test drive, so I hate that he came in. I told him I would be back. After a few hours, I went back because the Camry won in all accounts. When I returned, Mike was waiting on me to assist with the sale. This was a number of hours later. Needless to say, I bought a new car this evening. Tim Cox - the finance guy - laid out all the different warranties, etc. This was the tricky part and where I hesitated for a minute or ten. I went out, drank some water and called my sister. She repeated the same thing that Tim had told me in his office. I enjoyed my experience and will enjoy fostering our relationship further. Will B, More
