Very poor service on 3 occasions. I have received poor service on at least 3 occasions with Hendrick Toyota of Apex. Over charged for an oil change on my 2013 Highlander along with re I have received poor service on at least 3 occasions with Hendrick Toyota of Apex. Over charged for an oil change on my 2013 Highlander along with recommendations for tire alignment and balancing on 2 day old Michelin tires that were align & balanced. 2003 Highlander that the air conditioning did not work & Hendrick wanted over $900 to repair when the only thing wrong was 2 broken wires. 2000 4Runner with again poor service. I will NEVER use this dealer again. More
