I decided on Hendrick Toyota in Apex and had my first service visit yesterday. It could not have gone better. The waiting area is comfortable, with complementary coffee and snacks. The Wi-Fi is fast and easily accessible. And the service did not take as long as I thought it would. But the best part of the experience was my service representative, Brian B. He met me at me at the car as soon as I arrived and handled all the paperwork promptly, efficiently, and pleasantly. He even helped me track down my extended maintenance service contract, which I had misplaced And he even recommended some great places to eat (very helpful for someone new to the area). I was more than pleased, and I highly recommend the service department at this dealership. More

I HAVE FOR 20 YRS BEEN BUYING MY TIRES AT DISCOUNT TIRES, SO I CALLED AND GOT THEIR PRICE $222.26 COMPLETE OUT THE DOOR. AS A RECENT COSTCO MEMBER I CALLED THEM AS WELL,$218.56 O.T.D. WHEN TIRES NEED REPLACING I WILL STICK WITH DISCOUNT TIRE,VERY GOOD SERVICE AS WELL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND "TIRE PURCHASES" AT HENDRICK TOYOTA. Excellent Service I recently received a recall notice for the airbag in my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. Scheduling the repair was quick and easy. Although I did not need a fu I recently received a recall notice for the airbag in my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. Scheduling the repair was quick and easy. Although I did not need a full service, they inspected it and made sure all levels were full. I had asked for the tires to be rotated, and had completely forgotten that although I had the rear brakes done three months ago, they had told me then that the front brakes still had some wear left on them and I could wait to do those. The inspection revealed that it was time for their replacement. I was contacted, approved the work, and I was able to pick up the vehicle in the same amount of time that they had promised for the airbag work. The service manager told me about a discount coupon that was available, so the work was done at a reduced cost. I purchased the vehicle new at this dealership and have had great service the past four and a half years. I highly recommend Hendrick Toyota Apex for your Toyota purchase. More
