I called the service department at Hendrick Toyota of Apex, NC. I inquired about if they would perform the complimentary service on the 2022 Lexus NX350 we purchased new from Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte Apex, NC. I inquired about if they would perform the complimentary service on the 2022 Lexus NX350 we purchased new from Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte NC. I was informed by Louis via our phone conversation that they would perform the complimentary service at no charge. When I returned to the dealership for pickup I was given a bill for services. After many questions the service department eventually consulted with management and Louis about the service and honored the complimentary service. However when I got in my car to leave, I noticed that the the maintenance light was never reset nor was the complimentary wash performed. More

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Steven Maye. I went to Hendrick Toyota on a whim after having multiple bad experiences at other dealerships. After submitting an online inquiry, I was assigned to I went to Hendrick Toyota on a whim after having multiple bad experiences at other dealerships. After submitting an online inquiry, I was assigned to Steven (big win). Steven not only listened to me and did not push me in any sort of direction, he was kind and super funny. He made it a very fun and painless experience. I picked out and reserved my car since they didn’t have it in stock. Due to the crazy market, the car kept being pushed back. This was not Steven or Hendricks fault at all and were basically stuck . I was desperate for a car since I had been without one for months and after explaining this to Steven, he really went above and beyond. Steven was able to find another vehicle that matched what I had already picked out, had it rerouted, and delivered well before the original date. A true Valentines miracle. I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour and was leaving with my brand new car. We are now best friends and I can not thank him enough. Ask for Steven Maye if you ever stop in.
