Here we go again. Failed attempt at the Hendrick Toyota dealership in Concord on 2 different vehicles they claim they have. Then work out a deal and the vehicles are Failed attempt at the Hendrick Toyota dealership in Concord on 2 different vehicles they claim they have. Then work out a deal and the vehicles are sold. Found one at the Apex dealership. Spoke to 3 different individuals that assured me this one was definitely available. Was told by 2 individuals they could deliver to the Concord location. Then was called by the manager and he said they could not deliver but did make several offers to me on this vehicle if I made the drive. So again we had a deal. Told him I would have to call him to let him know when I was making the trip. 5 minutes later one of the salesman called me and stated they made another mistake. That vehicle was already sold. My suggestion if to save yourself a lot of time and stay away from any of the Hendricks dealerships. One of the salesman told me even though they have the same name, they dont really work as the same company and cannot retrieve information from one another. What a circus. More
