I gave Sofia the parameters of what I was looking for ahead of my visit and she was ready for my visit with cars that met my requirements. After further discussion she realized that I would be interested in a car that had just come in. After driving a couple of the cars I ended up buying the one that had just come in. Sofia listened to what I was looking for and made the whole buying process from beginning to end very streamlined. Sofia is definitely an expert product specialist and knows the Toyota brand and features. The followup was also outstanding when Sofia said that "Hendrick is definitely different, you’re part of the family! It is always evident that Amber enjoys her job, takes pride in her work, and cares about providing the highest quality to her customers. Amber's expertise continues to impress with a sponge of knowledge, soaking up experiences from 6+ years of working with customers at Hendrick Toyota, making her more and more valuable to her customers and to Hendrick Toyota where she also helps the service organization overall. Amber has the best expertise I have ever seen in service management, in one case even pinpointing that there was a problem after I was told otherwise. I always appreciated that Amber never pressured me to buy a new car, that is the job of sales, but Amber let me know the tipping point when the repairs became costly and a new car was starting to make more sense, then Amber even pointed me in the right direction for upgrading my car. Did not get requested oil change Brought new Highlander Hybrid (with 6000 miles on it---we had bee on very long road trip, otherwise it would have been brought in at 5000 miles) last Brought new Highlander Hybrid (with 6000 miles on it---we had bee on very long road trip, otherwise it would have been brought in at 5000 miles) last week in to Hendrick, where I had purchased it, for tire rotation (covered) and oil change (which I intended to pay for). Had specified the services both when I made online appt., and to service rep when I dropped car off. When I picked car up, found tire rotation had been done, but not oil change. Service rep said you really don't need oil change until car has 10000 miles on it. I WANT MY OIL CHANGED EVERY 5000 MILES, and will pay for the extra oil changes as I always have. You need to train your service reps to respond to CUSTOMER'S service wishes, and not to decide, unilaterally, what service the customer should or should not get. I traded in our 2006 Highlander Hybrid, with 220000 on it, when I purchased the new Highlander Hybrid. The 2006 was still in perfect operating condition! I always had the oil changed at 5000 mile intervals. More

They were unwilling to keep their word. Manager didn’t even apologize for their mistake on my way out the door. I’ll never get those three hours back...I guess I’ll buy my 5th Toyota in 5 years from somewhere else. More

The big red triangle reminder was glaring in my face for days while I was driving supplies to storm damaged towns! The service department was like "let us take it in now and get you back on the road". They gave me a loaner so I could continue making pickups and deliveries and kept me updated on the status. Great service team! Good people! More
