Greasy fingerprint and smudges on car When I picked up the car there were greasy fingerprints on the door panel and larger smudge areas on the outside of the drivers door. Total disregard for customer I arrived at the service center for a routine maintenance and an issue with one of the tires. Was advised by the assistant manager who was the advisor I arrived at the service center for a routine maintenance and an issue with one of the tires. Was advised by the assistant manager who was the advisor that it would take about an hour. After over 2 hours of wait and after 3 follow ups, I was advised that they couldn’t perform the work and asked me to return another day. On top of it, they tried to charge me for service that was not even performed. I raised my concern to the manager and asked them to put themselves in my shoes on the experience - the response was, sorry it’s not Hendrick toyota’s fault to keep me waiting and not informed on the status. This is truly un-professional and quite frankly, very disappointing. I left a message for the service director but haven’t heard back. I hope to hear back from someone so they are mindful of such experience and can be cognizant when dealing with customers in the future. More

He explained thoroughly items found during the inspection that needed to be fixed. He offered me a loaner car since the part had to be ordered. He followed up with me the next morning and gave me a status and estimated completion time for the repair. His focus on customer satisfaction was truly refreshing. I will definitely have all of my service and repairs down at this dealership. It is well run, provides top notch service, and treats the customer with the utmost care.
