Puppy mill for autos Very disorganized, and they have no respect for you as a customer. It took me 8 hrs start to finish to purchase a new Toyota there. Huge turnover of e Very disorganized, and they have no respect for you as a customer. It took me 8 hrs start to finish to purchase a new Toyota there. Huge turnover of employees. Don't expect to see the same people there if you return. The "add on" price sticker will have you spending thousands more than you expected if you don't refuse them. (the add on items are only worth 20% of the listed prices anyway) Service is slow and no one values your time or the money you have spent there. They will send you out the door of the service shop with the "you are all set now" statement even though they didn't fix the problems. There are many better dealerships out there and you will be much happier you did, trust me. I will never return to that dealer and because of them, I will never give Toyota my money again. Toyota needs to tighten up on dealerships like this. More
