Toyota Matrix had a SECOND recall (airbag) Toyota Matrix - passenger (front) side airbag recall. Scheduled easily for work. First visit - no airbags there in stock. Work now done! Took far longer with the first recall. Pleased with this better experience. I wonder why my first appt was scheduled - person on the phone did not know of the supply issue? also, I regret a recall, especially when we are advised to "not have passenger in front seat" - many folks cannot do that. More
