Too many hands in the pot spoil the the stew! I called the dealership on a 3/30/18 Friday night to ask if I could drop off my car for routine service the next day(rotate tires and check fluid lev I called the dealership on a 3/30/18 Friday night to ask if I could drop off my car for routine service the next day(rotate tires and check fluid level). The man(with a heavy accent) immediately curtly said mam if you bring your car in tonight no one will look at it till Monday. We are booked tomorrow and closed Sunday for the holiday. I said ok. No problem when can I come and he starts to say Monday at 3:5..then says oh I just got an opening at 8:25 in the morning. So I said great I'll bring it over. Nice guy meets me in the bay sets it all up and said we should have it ready before lunch.(I am thinking that is a long time but ok maybe it's the Disney the technique tell them longer and it won't really take that long so you are happy. I explicitly said I would like my car washed while you have it...nothing big just run it through. (service tag 160 placed on car). So he calls me when I get home in regards to who holds my long term warranty. He called again at 9am the next day to say all is good on the warranty and the car will be ready before lunch and he will call when ready. 11:40 and 11:48 I call him and get VM with no return call so at 12:I0 I call main service dept. and miraculously the woman tells me the car has just been finished. I arrive at dealership 12:30 female says they will have your car right out(no other cars in the bay). I said was it washed? She said it should be I see it on your intake request .They wash them at start of service but I will call them and I listed to her radio them. At 12:50 they finally bring car up and NO WASH! Guy says oh I am sorry I will be right back. And 3 minutes later my clean car was ready. (He gets an A+) So I think I am good for 6 months right ? I will have mental recovery time but oh no the next day the maintenance required light comes on. I follow instructions in manual and it doesn't turn off so I have to go back. And it took 2 techs in the bay to get the light to turn off so it wasn't just me. And it shouldn't have happened in the first place! More

Excellent and Professional Service I was attended to with a sense of urgency and concern for my satisfaction from the moment I drove up to the Service Bays. Brian and the techs that worked on my truck jumped through hoops to get my work completed on super short notice. I don’t normally have an appreciation for dealerships and their quality of service but I do now with Hendrick’s Toyota Service Department. More

Service is always the best Great experience at this dealership. My personal service writer is Brian Deans. He is always courteous; thoughtful; and respectful. At some dealers in the past I mostly walked away thinking I was "taken". Not here! I always feel I get the best attention and my money's worth. You can't go wrong taking your car here for service. He seemed honest and straightforw My overall disdain for car dealers my be a factor here, but... My salesperson (DJ) was quite pleasant and helpful. He seemed honest and straightforward. I was a bit turned off by management because of their lack of customer service. I was interested in buying a new spare tire because the one ion the trunk was bald. Additionally, I wanted to get a "clip" to secure a piece of underbody molding under the front bumper. I was told through DJ, not in person, that the car was priced to sell and he wouldn't be able to do anything about the tire or the clip. The fact of the matter is I needed a tire (~$50-100?) and a clip ($.50?). I didn't need him to jump the gun and assume I was looking for a hand out. While finalizing the deal, I asked about an accident that was reported on the carfax as minor. I wanted to know if it was checked during the 150 (whatever#) point check that they do to certify a pre-owned car. DJ asked Michael (his boss?) if he knew whether it had been done. Apparently the ACC playoffs were more important than helping me. He stated, (paraphrasing) "If the carfax shows it reported then it was fixed." I really just wanted to make sure the shock absorbers in the bumper had not been broker. I figured I had 72 hours to change my mind so I bought the car anyhow and had it checked out by certified Nissan mechanic. Fortunately, most everything else checked out fine. Problems found: 1) The front rotors were slightly warped. 2) According to the sticker on the car, it was time for an oil change. So much for a CPO at Hendricks. More

It is easy to make a reservation for normal maintenance however they will really work with your for drive in concerns. Communication with you before and during service is excellent plus knowledgeable service advisors. The facilities including the waiting area is excellent. As long as we get this level of service there is no need to consider service options. More
