Good Experience, met my Price I have a 2013 Toyota 4Runner, bought new for cash. I was at another dealership for the required oil change and since I was at 97,500 miles , offered I have a 2013 Toyota 4Runner, bought new for cash. I was at another dealership for the required oil change and since I was at 97,500 miles , offered my car and $20k cash for a 2018 4Runner with same or better deluxe options. It was not a good experience and wasted my time with "Gamesmanship". I stopped into Hendrix Toyota, was treated respectfully and made my deal in less than 30 minutes. My time is valuable. Great Customer Service I was there for a recall only -- at no charge -- and was treated as if I were a regular customer. The service person kept me informed and the problem I was there for a recall only -- at no charge -- and was treated as if I were a regular customer. Great new vehicle purchase experience! I recently purchased a new Highlander at Hendrick Toyota of Apex. Working with saleperson Keval Bhuva, was the best. I already knew what features I wa I recently purchased a new Highlander at Hendrick Toyota of Apex. Working with saleperson Keval Bhuva, was the best. I already knew what features I wanted on the Highlander before I arrived at the dealship and after telling Keval what I was looking for he goes out on the lot and brings up the vehicle. Keval then begins to tell my wife and I all about the vehicle and all it features. Wow this man knows his Toyota’s! We took a test drive and arrived back at the dealship to begin the much dreaded price negotiations as we where trading in our current Toyota. Keval made this a much easier process than I’ve expierenced on previous vehicle purchases. I did shop at other Toyota dealships in the area but I’m glad we chose Hendrick Toyota of Apex and had the oppurtunity to work with Keval! More
