OUTSTANDING Since purchasing my Prius in 2012 from Hendricks Toyota, I have had it serviced only at Hendricks. The service people, mechanics and other personnel Since purchasing my Prius in 2012 from Hendricks Toyota, I have had it serviced only at Hendricks. The service people, mechanics and other personnel are all well trained,courteous and HONEST. There has never, in the 6 years I have my Prius, been any major problems,need for replacements or major repairs and the service is always on time and delivered when promised. Why would I purchase another Prius (when the comes comes) from any other Toyota dealer.?And free lifetime carwashes too!!!! I am a Hendricks Toyota customer for life. More

After checking us in, he spent a good deal of time getting my text messaging system set up. He was extremely patient in helping me though we had problems with my phone! Not only do I love my new Hilander, we have been extremely pleased with the customer service and maintenance service here. The atmosphere is friendly with several folks checking on us while we looked around show room and enjoyed the clean waiting area and complimentary snacks. This is our 5th new toyota vehicle and first purchase at Apex. We are very grateful to Dan Graham and all the folks we have met. It is well worth the drive to their location! More

Vehicle booked in for 10,000 mile service and inspection. Arrived about 15 minutes early and car was taken in straight away in a professional + efficient manner.Was offered courtesy car wash to remove salt which I accepted and was then told estimated time when work on the car would be finished.Staff were all very pleasant and communicative. Waiting facilities were comfortable and well equipped. Pleased to say that work was carried out within the time stated and I was on my way home sooner than expected. So very happy to recommend Hendrick Toyota. More

Excellent Service with the Tire Repair I took my Honda Odyssey as one of the tire was punctured. After analyzing with second visit it needs tire replacement add the tire needs to be ordered I took my Honda Odyssey as one of the tire was punctured.
