Worst service techs ever So I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My truck was on the lifts on the side of the building where I was able to see my truck getting So I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My truck was on the lifts on the side of the building where I was able to see my truck getting worked on and I could actually hear the technicians talking. They had given me a time of an hour and half. 2 hours had passed by and yet no one had done anything to my truck. Sitting 20 yards away from my truck while it was on the lift, one of the techs thought my truck was just a tire rotation and no oil change. When one tech asked the other about my trucks estimated time, the tech started using profanity and I quote “this truck, oh f*** this truck it’ll take me another 1.5 hours. At this point I approached the technicians and asked them why they were treating my truck like that and why it took them so long to do nothing. I had 6 techs staring at me with nothing to say. Then their service manager came and started talking to me about the issue and what was going on. After they tried to accommodate it by offering me a free wash and free rental only my oil change was done and that’s all. I really would trust them because it seemed as if the tech didn’t care about the customers car. When I got home I popped open the hood and their was oil stains around my engine bay in random areas that definitely weren’t their before. My uncle actually works for Toyota in Atlanta and I gave him a call and told him what happened. He knew what really happens behind closed doors and I had asked about a survey to be emailed to me and I was denied 3 times because they were scared about my review. Never going back to apex, I have 4 other cars that I get serviced their but not anymore! More

I won't bore you with details but he was most helpful and I sincerely appreciate his efforts. One thing though, there was a note for the technician to save screw/nail so I could get reimbursed by another company - long story - and Brian even put it on the work order. However, the technician did not save it. I had a problem getting reimbursed for the flat tire fix but I was able to get firm and loud enough that the refund was processed. This in NO way is to reflect on Brian. More

The assistance from the Internet sales force, Ashley Kurtzman. in answering questions and arranging the transaction was very good. They were quick to respond and provide all the needed information. Our experience at the dealership when we picked up the car was excellent. Brandon Wilson was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional and assisted us in many ways. He even came in on his day off to meet with us. The financial part went very smoothly. Kyle John was very efficient. Alyson Hulse assisted us in working out arrangements for our other car while we were vacationing in the area. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Brandon Wilson. More

The experience was beyond expecta They were not only doing the services I requested; also helped me to know my vehicle and resolved a long time issue. The experience was beyond expectation. I brought my sienna to Hendrick Toyota Scion of Apex for oil change and 4-wheel alignment. During the services, David phoned me regarding the vehicle check result. He told me the front brake needs to have the pair of pads replaced and resurfaced, which reminded me that the brake was not smooth when brake paddle was pressed during driving. All services and repairs were completed within the estimated time included front brake repair. In addition, David has helped to get the cracked dashboard replaced under manufacture’s extended warranty. I had worked with a Toyota dealer in Durham for more than a year trying to get the dashboard replaced, but was not successful. David has been able to resolve this issue quickly. This is really a surprise… When I picked up my car, I got all the repairs done include brand new dashboard cover. It is beyond I had expected. They also replaced 4 front guard clips without charge. In addition, David sent me “Vehicle Care Commitment”, a very detailed multipoint inspection of the vehicle. It is a great help in planning the future services and repairs. Thank you David! More
Service Department I did not purchase my Toyota from Hendrick but have been taking it their for service for the past two years. Their service department is friendly and I did not purchase my Toyota from Hendrick but have been taking it their for service for the past two years. Their service department is friendly and the work seems to be well done. My major gripe with them is that the wait time to complete service has invariably always been approximately one to two times longer than the time I am quoted when I arrive. If they say one to one and a half hours it will be two to two and a half hours. If they say two hours it will be closer to four hours before my service is complete. My only other gripe is that often no one in service will answer a telephone. If it were not for these two gripes I would rate them a 4. More
