Tinted windows on 2017 I am a bit conflicted on my overall rating...I bought my car in June of this year. The entire deal was worked out all online which was great and it wa I am a bit conflicted on my overall rating...I bought my car in June of this year. The entire deal was worked out all online which was great and it was an awesome deal! I noticed the tint had started to bubble on the back window. I scheduled for it to go in and customer service was very pleasant. They really are very nice people. I did a night drop as it is more convenient for me to do so. During the schedule I asked for them to please check all the windows to make sure there were no other windows with bubbles and also wrote it on the night drop envelope. Here it is Saturday, the new tint was placed on this past Tuesday and all windows are bubbling including the replaced tint. Whoever did the tint really did not pay attention to all other windows. When scheduling for the 5K service I plan to have the tint done as well....hoping it will be done right the next time. Overall, everyone I have come into contact personally have been very nice. More

Service this past Sunday I took my car in for a scheduled tune up at 40,000 this past Sunday, Checked in fine and gave my phone number to the service man if he needed me. I proceeded to walk around the lot for some time then went and sat in the lobby. After waiting a little over an hour (usual wait time for this service), I went looking for my car. I saw it parked with a lock on it and assumed it was done. Went inside and asked if it was ready and was told by the service man that he had looked for me in the lobby to get my signature but I must have gone somewhere. So nothing had been done on my car and no one bothered to call me (would have been there in a second). So instead, I signed the paper work (owe nothing as it's still on warranty, 2016) and then my car was serviced. After almost 2 hours my car was finally done, I find this unacceptable! I believe my car would have sat for hours had I not gone to find it. You guys take our phone number, xxxx it call us if you need us! It's not fun waiting 2 hours in a Toyota waiting room on a Sunday afternoon!! Not very pleased! More
