Service this past Sunday I took my car in for a scheduled tune up at 40,000 this past Sunday, Checked in fine and gave my phone number to the service man if he needed me. I proceeded to walk around the lot for some time then went and sat in the lobby. After waiting a little over an hour (usual wait time for this service), I went looking for my car. I saw it parked with a lock on it and assumed it was done. Went inside and asked if it was ready and was told by the service man that he had looked for me in the lobby to get my signature but I must have gone somewhere. So nothing had been done on my car and no one bothered to call me (would have been there in a second). So instead, I signed the paper work (owe nothing as it's still on warranty, 2016) and then my car was serviced. After almost 2 hours my car was finally done, I find this unacceptable! I believe my car would have sat for hours had I not gone to find it. You guys take our phone number, xxxx it call us if you need us! It's not fun waiting 2 hours in a Toyota waiting room on a Sunday afternoon!! Not very pleased! More

Great service recovery Had an incident where I had to wait for my truck for almost two ours when the service was to take only1/2 hour. The manager found out the reason for the delay and had the issue fixed immediately. He also explained what happened and apologized for my inconvenience and offered a free detailing of my truck. My most recent experience was excellent! More

Alex, my service advisor, was very thorough Alex wanted to make sure that I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Excellent experience, friendly staff Had a service visit 8/22/17. Setting up the appointment in advance was extremely simple and easy. Arrived for my appointment and was met by David Spi Had a service visit 8/22/17. Setting up the appointment in advance was extremely simple and easy. Arrived for my appointment and was met by David Spicer, an assistant service manager. I explained the issue, which was a check engine indicator. David told me what the process would be to determine the problem, the cost of the diagnostics, and said he would get back to me in a couple of hours with what the actual problem is and the cost to repair. David did get back to me in about 90 minutes and indicated it was an issue with emissions and told me what the cost would be for the repairs. After I gave him the go ahead to proceed, he then contacted me when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick up the car, I met David again and he indicated the cost would be LESS than what he quoted...a nice surprise indeed. I had an excellent experience with the Hendrick team and in particular David Spicer. More
