Excellent Communication I came in for an oil change, new tires with alignment, and dent repair on the tailgate of my Tundra. I was given a loaner car with the approximation of completing by end-of-day. My service rep, Robert M. gave me status updates throughout the day. The last couple of status msgs indicated that his body shop teammate would be late and unable to make it that day to repair the dents. On Day 2, the communication continued with approximate time of arrival for dent repair, arrival and completion. While the job was not completed on Day 1, consistent, and crisp communication, accompanied by the granting of a loaner car made this service experience a very pleasant service experience... "thank you". More
