One of the best dealer service centers We have been taking our 2006 Toyota Sienna to Hendrick Toyota at least for the past 5 years and we have nothing but great experience starting from the We have been taking our 2006 Toyota Sienna to Hendrick Toyota at least for the past 5 years and we have nothing but great experience starting from the appointment, to the service manager and the servicing. They have very good operations and have always communicated and explained the repairs that are required. They have also made sure any recalls are addressed as soon as possible. The service managers always inquires if the vehicle needs courtesy wash and always comes out shining. More

Service is painfully time consuming I am an efficiency expert, so my critique is a little tougher than most. But I have taken my Toyota Highlander to Hendrick Toyota in Apex twice now a I am an efficiency expert, so my critique is a little tougher than most. But I have taken my Toyota Highlander to Hendrick Toyota in Apex twice now and had the exact same experience. They have the same service lanes as does other dealers but this is where it starts to break down. The service agents are behind a glass wall. I had to wait in my car until they come to me and check on what I need. If they are not the service agent assign to my car then they have to go find that person. I waited 30 min in my car, standing beside my car just for somebody to come to the vehicle. I would take down the glass wall and get the service representatives from behind the laptops and out in the service bay helping customers, there was just one other car in the bay at the time I arrived. In addition, both times I have asked for a complementary car wash, and both times this was not done and I had to wait additional time for this to be done. And finally when I returned later in the day after being notified that the service was completed. I stood at the service area for 20 min looking for the service rep who was assigned to my vehicle. He was not there and so I finally had to go up to another person and ask for help. All I had to do is pick up my vehicle and it took more time than it should have. I would not assign a single agent but have a process where any available agent can service any customer. I purchased the extended maintenance plan and I am considered having it removed because of the service process is so time consuming. I do want to make certain that the service tech are wonderful people and are always nice. I think this is a dealership process issue, not a employee issue. More

Bait and Switch Tactics I had been using this dealership to service my cars and thought I would try shopping for a new car here. I used their online trade-in value tool and m I had been using this dealership to service my cars and thought I would try shopping for a new car here. I used their online trade-in value tool and made an appointment to see a salesperson. When I got there we looked at some cars and I explained that I would be using the equity from my trade to purchase new Toyota. I gave the car to the used car sales manager for an appraisal. He came back with a low ball offer that was $3000-$4000 below the value tool. I asked him why he was low-balling me when his sister dealership just down the road had the exact same car for sale(with more miles) for $7000 dollars more than he was offering me. I received no answer!! I ended up bringing the my trade(2003 Corvette) to their competitor Fred Anderson Toyota. They gave me a value towards the top of the online value tool for the car and we bought a new Camry for $800 less than Hendricks best price. These old school sales tactics just make people angry!! If you want to be treated right and get a fair deal go to Fred Anderson Toyota! More
