Purchased a new Sienna this week. Todd Moore was a great sales associate. Not pushy, and zeroed in on my preferred means of communications. Communication was not good between employees. Purchased vehicle on Thursday, February 23, 2023 with a crack in windshield. Left it there to be fixed and finally went back on Thursday, March 2, 2 Purchased vehicle on Thursday, February 23, 2023 with a crack in windshield. Left it there to be fixed and finally went back on Thursday, March 2, 2023 and vehicle had not been fixed because of lack of communication. We were under the impression that they were fixing crack only, but found out the whole windshield was being replaced, which we are happy about. We brought it home that day and the glass replacement company came to house and completed. More
