I had a unique situation where I had to do most of my communication via text messages. (DIRTCAR World of Outlaws World Finals at Charlotte). The receptionist understood the assignment and paired me with Eric Hall. PERFECT FIT!!! He not only made time for all my questions, but he went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I’d been looking for for almost a year. Everything Eric did for me so I could get this vehicle was one word- seamless. If you go to Kendricks, ask for Eric. He will not disappoint!!! I then drove 14 hours home with my 4Runner and I couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you, Eric!!! I’m also throwing xxxxxxto Josh in the tech bay for taking the time to adjust my lug torque due to my long drive ahead!!! More
