He went over ever feature of the vehicle again with me so I would completely understand how to operate each feature. Chip, in the service department is great to deal with and can describe things so even I can understand vehicles and also where I have them serviced. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone that is in a hurry. I don't know why we have to make an appointment to come there because it takes so long with an appointment.
