I bought my 2016 Camry se from this Toyota location. I do my monthly maintenance here as well. Justin dreyer was my service advisor. I recently got my oil change, tire rotation and engine filter replace. A day after, my car stunk and one of my lug nut came off when I drove. I’m a field service engineer and this isn’t safe for my job. I depended on this service center but was very disappointed at the end. I brought my car back and asked for Justin dreyers help but it seems like he wasn’t on my side. All my lugnuts were wrong and bigger and did not fit my oem tool in my trunk. Justin says they were worn when it never fit my tool socket. Justin told me I’ll have to either buy all new lug nuts or buy an extra lugnut for the one that flew off. This guy is seriously trying to get every penny he can from me. Luckily I spoke with the service manager and he was able to assist me with my concern. Overall, I find Justin as a horrible service advisor who only seeks for his own benefits instead of helping customers with their concern. Justin even had the nerve to tell me they found some spare lugnuts for my car when I was the one who spoke with his service manager who helped make sure my car was taken care of. In the end, I got the correct lugnuts but my car still smells. I’ll never take my car here for Maintenance anymore.
