This has been the WORST experience ever & from my horrible experience with Olathe Toyota in 2015, but I thought I would try a different Toyota. I was told my first payment wouldn’t be for sixty days horrible experience with Olathe Toyota in 2015, but I thought I would try a different Toyota. I was told my first payment wouldn’t be for sixty days and I got one less than thirty. There was horrible touch up paint work done by Toyota auto body team that looks awful, which they hid and didn’t disclose. Showed me a vehicle with different options than the one they sold me and promised it was the same. They got my address wrong on the title. I called and left a message and never got a callback or answer. I didn’t even get rear seat floor mats. They also sold another lady a Toyota that was infested with bugs. I have been doing everything to steer potential buyers to any other car brands for how horrible I was treated and taken advantage of. Update they called and I went in and spoke with Archie last Sunday and said he would give me call Monday with options. Well here we are at Sunday and no call. I even reached out to Corporate and they are giving me the run around. Once they sell you a vehicle, they are done with you. No help no calls answered. Check all the reviews, but skip the fake 5 star. READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. Also Hendrick Auto Group has a lot of bad reviews on BBB website. More
