Worst car buying experience of my 65 year life. They made a decent car price, but then tried to force feed their "Maintenance Plan" for over 2 hours! Additionally, the shady little finance guy They made a decent car price, but then tried to force feed their "Maintenance Plan" for over 2 hours! Additionally, the shady little finance guy would not give me the price of said "Maintenance" until I got up to walk out the door. He would only give monthly payment prices. Also, after doing all the paperwork on his desktop screen, when I didn't buy the Maintenance immediately, he said he had to do it all again on paper! Anything to take as much time as possible to buy what was a 7 thousand dollar "maintenance" which was clearly a very bad deal. AVOID HENDRICK!!! More

It would be nice to have the service advisers know everything that should be known by a service adviser. Andrew was unaware that you can you your Toyota master card reward points to pay for service. And that Hendrick Toyota should be able to match other Toyota service coupons . I always have me Toyota's serviced at Hendrick Toyota. I will never buy a vehicle from them. More
