Made an appointment for 7AM & dropped the car off the night before. While at church they left a message the I needed a number things to be done. I have Al tire work done at another dealer. When we got there @ 9:15AM, they had done nothing to the car. They said I had to confirm that I would pay before they could do the work. I have dropped off the car many times & never had to confirm anything to get the oil change. It seems they just want to milk you for more work. I have to tell them about the tires every time I come. Arrived at 1240 for a 120 appointment and didn’t leave till 410 pm, almost 4 hrs for an oil change There was a safety recall an that had to be done but had to approach staff and fin out truck had been till 410 pm, almost 4 hrs for an oil change There was a safety recall an that had to be done but had to approach staff and fin out truck had been ready for 45 mins prior to going up to staff Then took an additional 30 mins to get truck to the front .
