Took car in for an oil change, left with a new problem and without the promised car wash per coupon (they said it was available in back for me to drive thru, but I should not have to be the one to do that and without the promised car wash per coupon (they said it was available in back for me to drive thru, but I should not have to be the one to do that and my previous experience with their car wash made me very nervous). I had to ask for car to be brought to me, and I am disabled. I had to return to dealer right after pickup due to a new problem (they say just a coincidence). The video feature is nice, but it went too fast and most of it seemed out of focus. Original ticket for my signature was incorrect. They changed it but my final bill showed a tire rotation which was not to be done. I had to also call for verification on this. I have been an excellent customer of this dealer for many years, involving leases, purchase and service. This last service visit was sub-standard, not at all like previous visits. If they expect customer retention they need to go above and beyond cookie cutter service and pricing. A couple filters were dirty but they said didn't need to be replaced yet. OK, trying to save me money, but why not let me make that decision. I probably would have replaced them since they were already out, if price seemed reasonable. They also noted a little corrosion on a battery terminal. How about just taking care of such a small item like that and give me a better feeling about the appointment. Am I really expecting too much? I don't think so. Will I continue service with them? It is doubtful... More
