I purchased a used Ram pickup with only 10,000 miles from Hendrick Toyota with their information stating my truck had the full remaining balance of the warranty which would have been 26,000 more miles on bum Hendrick Toyota with their information stating my truck had the full remaining balance of the warranty which would have been 26,000 more miles on bumper to bumper, 40,000 more on powertrain. Within 30 days, I had an issue that required me taking it to my local Ram dealership where they told me I had no warranty at all on this truck. 4 phone calls to Ram Customer Assistance, I had 4 confirmations my truck was made in the U.S. but sold in Mexico. Because it wasn't properly imported back to the U.S. according to Ram, they said I have no warranty on this truck in the U.S. I left a couple phone messages for Anthony Jacobo, the Sales Manager, as well as a couple emails asking for resolution, but he never replied regarding this issue. Their finance assistant also started ignoring my requests for simply giving me an equivalent warranty that covers what I'm supposed to have with Ram as stated on the sales paperwork in this transaction. All my paperwork on this transaction says I have a warranty, but in truth, it doesn't and Hendrick won't make it right. More

He educated my nephew about the car shopping experience being this will be his first purchase from a dealership and financing. Provided my nephew with multiple options and put him at ease about the whole process.
