Went in to Henrick Toyota to get a quote for a new vehicle and value my trade-in. We could care less on the pushy salesmen, but what irritated us was that the salesmen withheld our key and would not l vehicle and value my trade-in. While one salesman pressured us to purchase the vehicle, the other kept playing our key in his hand, even after we firmly told them that we were not buying the car on that day and we needed to leave. It was very stressful and the acts of the salesmen were very unprofessional. More
