Brian Diaz was a pleasure to work with! Nick I think was the finance guy and was also awesome. The sales manager that came over after I asked for my key back 4-5 times was extremely short Nick I think was the finance guy and was also awesome. The sales manager that came over after I asked for my key back 4-5 times was extremely short with me and not personable. I asked for a number for my trade or my key back. He held my key hostage and wouldn’t let me leave which was irritating. He got very terse after I said his offer was not acceptable and scribbled my number in the page and said fine let’s just make it happen! I said ok and thank you sir! Aside from his crappy attitude all was well! Thank you for the new ride! More
