I gave 3 stars just bec: 1 - my still yet under warranty died and left me stranded so was forced to an auto parts store they took my old toyota batt I gave 3 stars just bec: 1 - my still yet under warranty died and left me stranded so was forced to an auto parts store they took my old toyota battery that I was I thought quick enough to take a photo _ I had a child with me on the way from school pick up, a car phone mtg and on to a dr appt. The frustration is that Hendrick would not even consider looking at my photo of dead batter still under warranty to offer any sort of price discount on the standard service appt I was there for. So yeah, I would reco to someone else but I am starting to change my mind and my wallet. Robert did do his job it's the history and the dead battery situation that not only left us stranded and crunched but that is what hurts the relationship More
