Honestly, I wasn’t going to rate my visit because it didn’t go as planned and I’m not a negative person, but after dealing with D’Vontae I changed my mind. I scheduled service due to a factory recall and was advised it would take about three hours. After three hours I called and discovered service had not started yet. I discussed the reason with D’Vontae who took it from there. I left to go to the dealer to pick up my vehicle or a loaner as I needed transportation. By the time I got there my Rav had been serviced and was ready for pick up. D’Vontae single handedly turned an unhappy experience into a pleasant service call and managed to keep a three time new vehicle customer with this dealer. More
Ashton was kind enough to get me a quick appointment on a Saturday(!) after my battery died. Battery was quite old. Unfortunately, the battery failed again on Tuesday. So, car is back at dealership awaiting Saturday(!) after my battery died. Battery was quite old. Unfortunately, the battery failed again on Tuesday. So, car is back at dealership awaiting another look see and hopefully a not serious diagnosis. More
Great visit as usual. D'Vontae Brown was v ery helpful. He clearly explained every thing that was going to happen. I was there right after my appointment 12:50 pm. I was told by Ryan Davoren it will take 2 hrs to do all the add up he mentioned. But it took about 4 hours of waiting time. He never updated me for what’s going. It’s suppose to be just a simple oil change. But he said I needed to do 3 main thing for my highlander which I agree. The sad part is when I ask him about the discount, he said he gave me enough, including the discard of oil, rags they used and more. I told him that was part of the job I paid . I was so disappointed with this visit. I wish I went to somewhere else.i am very loyal to Toyotas, and to Henrick dealership, but now thinking of buying a different brand or going to somewhere different services. I’m on the market to buy a new vehicle. But not getting it at henrick. Thank you for your time. More
Yesterday we came to Hendrick Toyota and were originally looking for an SUV we could take to Yellowstone on vacation in a few weeks and we had just left another Toyota dealer. We met Tim and instantly conne looking for an SUV we could take to Yellowstone on vacation in a few weeks and we had just left another Toyota dealer. We met Tim and instantly connected with my wife and I. We looked at and drove a couple of SUVs but didn’t know the process for buying something because we didn’t have our checkbook. Tim and Ray explained how easy it was to do something that day with our trade in and our other funds. We really recommend them and are very happy! More
