This was the worst car buying experience of my life. They offered an initial good price, but then became very high pressure to buy their "Maintenance" plan. In fact, once I got the total price, it was more than the complete discount MSRP they gave on the purchase priceAlso, they inisisted the purchase documentation had to be done twice in two different formats, digital and manually. This I believe was just another way to take time to push the I had to threaten walking out the door to finalize the deal. I got a decent price, didn't the maintenance plan. I will never buy from any dealer with theHenrick name on it again. More
