As an update; Jacob went above and beyond in this transaction. I was trading in two cars and Jacob took me home in the one I drove to the dealership but I left the paperwork in the sun visor. I was a little freaked out sinc the new vehicle was to be delivered 2 days later. Jacob drove back to the dealership from his home (30 minutes) and brought the paperwork to me. Today when he delivered the Highlander he was going to drive the second car back to the dealership. Of course I had inadvertently left a light on that ran the battery down. Jacob helped me jump it in the hot garage. Jacob was an absolute joy with whom to work.
